In honour of International Women’s Day 2023, Moveable Type Theatre Company present ‘51%’, an afternoon of short plays reflecting and celebrating some of the many experiences of being a woman in the UK today. Expect laughter, hope and relatable situations with performances from an exciting range of female artists and writers.

This production is part of Totnes X 2023. Totnes X is a charitable, female-led initiative shining a light on the value of equal gender participation and representation across a broad spectrum of arts in our town. Totnes X is for everyone!

As usual, a drink and a pasty for every theatregoer is included in the ticket price. You have a choice of meat or vegan pasty. The drink will be either a pint of Totnes Brew co Beer, A glass of house wine or a soft drink.

In the space of a generous lunch break you will be fed, watered, and watch some newly devised theatre. What’s not to like?
